" this little boy was my little cousin. he was only 5 years old. and he didnt deserve death. but i guess it was his time to go. he was so young. if u would have seen this boy u would have fell in love. he was hispanic, had brown eyes, and brown eyes. and the look on his face when he smiled....it blew me away. but when i stepped into the funeral home...the look i saw on his family's face was pain. we all are left to suffer. and he had 1 little brother and 1 little sister. they are stuck here not knowing what happened to thier brother, probably wondering when he will reaturn home. but they will have to learn sooner or later that the only time we can see him now is in photos, and in our dreams. and its not the fact that his uncle was driving without license and insurance...that has nothing to do with it. the fact is this child is dead. and even if they did have insurance he still would've died. i believe that jaydens uncle should be in HUGE trouble for this. but people disagree with me. theres nothing we can do now. all we can do for my beloved, little cousin, is pray. keep all of his family in your prayers and for those of u who really care, unlike the people lower to the bottom of the page, thanks for the sympathy!!
thank u so much. and he's still in our hearts. WeLoveUJaydenEubanks "

" This is about the loss of a child not wether someone had the proper documents to drive! It was the young mans nephew and I'm sure he will suffer for the loss of his nephew in an accident that even the parents acknowledege as a tragic accident. "

" Please also remember the paramedics, police, and firefighters who responded to this accident. They also have felt a loss not being able to save the little one. "

" would it have made any difference if he had a valid licence and insurance. The child is still gone and the mother is left to grieve his death weather he had insurance or not. My heart aches for her and her family at this great time of loss. May god give them the comfort that they need to carry them through. they will be in my prayers. "

" now how did this car have license on it? thought we had laws to prevent this from happening?? and he posted bond and is out to drive again, is something wrong here??? "

" This is exactly why taking someone's license for drunk driving or no insurance etc. is not the answer. The man driving this car had no license, no insurance even no registration. When caught, these people need to have their vehicles confiscated for a period of time for the first offense and confiscated and sold at auction for the second. Talk about revenue for the state. That would put some teeth in the laws we now have and get these people off the road. "
