Wayne Fitz is a state project. The bike trail was paid for by a grant. Also the monies collected by the campgrounds and day use areas are not distributed to the Rend Lake Project, they go to the U.S. Treasury. I use the campgrounds and I do not have a $100,000 motorhome, I am upset at the government for making the cuts and do not blame the Army Corps. "
